Joseph Smith understood the bible more than you or I ever will. If you don’t understand God and Jesus Christ you should study more, so you don’t “find it hard to understand”.
Joseph Smith is one of the greatest prophets this world has ever known!
God would NEVER allow his perfect word to be incorrect.
You would rather believe Joseph Smith who was heavily involved in free-masonry, and when translating the BOM used a seer stone in a hat..come on, wake up. And then you say that about the bible!
How deceiving this is!!??..Satan has done well to undermine God and to present another gospel. It says in the bible if anyone preaches another gospel – it is not of God.
Wilyam32. When I noticed bradybro1423 and yourself arguing I was curious to see what started it so I went to the first post and read that you said Joseph Smith predicted the end of the world in 1956. I researched it but could not find anything. (my only source being the internet). What is your source? Thanks in advanced!
..what does that mean?, How could you tell what part of the bible has been translated correctly????? (IF it were).
You will find the bible to be a VERY accurate book, which has been backed up by different authors and history. You will be amazed by how accurate it is actually..you need more faith in the bible.
Anyway, I want you to answer the question at the top…
Do you also believe? Will you put your complete trust and confidence in the LDS Articles of Faith for your eternal salvation? Because if you only believe part of God’s Word from the Bible and only have partial trust and confidence in the Bible then its not good my friend. Is your belief based on fact? It shouldn’t be based on a burning in the bosum as Mormon doctrine teaches. The Bible is completely true and if you take the time to read it you may realize that LDS doctrine is easily refuted
I love the scriptures they truly testify of Christ dont’ they. The bible is the word of God and brings us closer to returning to live with him if we will follow the teachings contained.

Does your church teach that Joseph Smith killed some people on his way out? Does Mormonism teach and proclaim one of the last statements made by Joseph Smith? I’d be happy to inform you friend.
Joseph Smith was visited by angels of darkness, by Satan hiding behind light. Someone who truly understands the nature of God would understand God’s living word from the Bible and be aware that the LORD does not make Himself visible to sinners. His glory is to pure for our filth that sin has caused. Only by His grace, only by Christ’s perfect righteousness, only by His blood, only by Christ being raised from the dead–all of these collectively will allow us to see God after our physical death
If anyone understands the nature of God they will be fully aware of what Jesus stated during His ministry on earth. He Himself stated that even He doesn’t know when He would come back. Matthew 24:36-50 It ‘should’ be obvious that Joseph Smith had perception to the true nature of God, otherwise he wouldn’t have prayed to God to reveal things to Him that not even Jesus knows. It will be really obvious when the Son of Man returns, but only the Father in heaven knows the day and hour.
However, God doesn’t allow all to discern the truths found in His Bible. It’s only by His grace and the working of the Holy Spirit in one’s life that allows that to happen. One must truly realize the depravity of their nature. One must realize that sin has crumbled their soul. One must realize who they are before a holy and perfect God. One must realize their need for a Savior. One must realize that without spiritual help, they’re hopeless and alone.

Yeh Naaaa he didn’t..if he did he wouldn’t of changed it. Well either way he changed scripture and de-faced God.
not cool
Obviously this is from and approved by the LDS church. The connections to the Freemasons is unreal and evident. How sad…
he didnt chang it he studied it and gave us another testimant of jesus christ that testifies the bible is true
He did change it but that’s because it was incorrect. We believe the bible to be true so far as it is translated CORRECTLY.
God would NEVER allow his perfect word to be incorrect.

BOM is ANOTHER gospel. PEOPLE BE WARNED.

True it is the word of God however, it was translated by imperfect means.
“it was translated by imperfect means”
..so the bom was translated by “perfect means” then?
Did God translate the bible?
Exactly.
God didnt translate the golden plates, it was Joseph.
So why do you trust the bom more than the bible?
The Articles of Faith of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
8. We believe the Bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated correctly; we also believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God.
