why in the world did the guy in the begining mention FLDS polygamysts as if they were part of the LDS Church at all?
As you see from my name I am no fan of Mormonism. Nor do I enjoy this Ass Bite News Caster.The Texas incident violated ALL of OUR rights. The accusation was One Child Abuse. Not Polygamy. If you fight, fight clean. This incident shows us Texas and the Fed are duplicitous hypocrites. And The Smarmy tone of voice and his misstatement on Prop 8, MANY people are against homosexual marriage. It should cause a sense of Moral Revulsion as severe as that of Mormonism. Mormons Are Polygamist. I show it.
Why does people say things about Jr Joseph Smith practising blood oaths on people in the Mormon Temple and belong to the illuminate Secret Society and he was a 52 Freemason, Jr Joseph Smith was not a bad person it was his father that you had to watch he had a blood stone around his neck ?
A mormon that was VERY well versed in lds HISTORY, ADMITTED to me, ‘…Yes, i KNOW what you’re saying is TRUE.. I KNOW that joseph smith is a FALSE PROPHET.. JESUS PAID for our SINS on the CROSS, because there was NO other WAY, for US to get to Heaven. We’re SAVED by GRACE, NOT WORKS

The truth is polygamy started ( as a convenient excuse for adultery)when Joseph Smith was caught having sex with his teen housemaid Fanny Alger and he went on to marry lots of young girls (many of his housemaids), 14 year old girls and also other mens wives.
It had nothing to do with looking after widows. Who told you that?
The LDS church still supports and arranges polygamous sealings in the Temples.
They never want to discuss the temple secrets in detail because they are Masonic rituals. This is 1 of many reasons Joseph Smith was taken out like Captain Morgan.
I love it even this news reporter puts the LDS church and the FLDS church into the same boat. Its like saying the Methodist and the born agains go to the same church together! lol I love it even main stream media doesn’t know the first thing about the true LDS church

That’s true, though they’re both based on the same incorrect concept of God and the lies of Joseph Smith.
There were two schisms in Mormonism: the first was who to follow after the murder of Joseph Smith. Smith wanted his own line to always be the president of the church, whereas the mainstream LDS, lead to Utah by Brigham Young, became far more successful.
The second was the renouncing of polygamy. The church was forced to give it up because the Edmunds-Tucker Act of 1887 gave the government the power to seize church property and put polygamous members in prison.
I love hearing members putting up these nonsensical excuses for polygamy with absolutely no support.
Even the BOM clearly states the same in Moroni 10:32, in spite of the fact that they practice works, works, works.
