    Where is the Monticello Temple?

Seth served in Vladivostock, There is no temple there or anywhere in Russia. I don’t know if Vladivostock is in The Seoul Korea Temple district because its so close to it or the Helsinki Finland temple district because that’s where that’s Russia’s current temple of use.
