Wonderful info on this temple we just visited St. George for the first time and saw this temple on saturday. Very beautiful place.

its the first still standing and still owned by the church. Nauvoo burned down and was rebuilt, kkirtland was taken over by another church.

i live in st george…i love it here, and i go to the nativity on this temple’s grounds every year its so pretty

The Nauvoo and Kirtland were before it, but it was the first completed in the Rocky Mountains.

wow that’s interesting I didn’t know that The St. George temple was the first temple ever completed.
