This could be the new way to chase Mormons away when they stop me as I’m walking down the street. I’ll just grab my friend, bend him over and start dry humping him……LMAO! No more Mormons :-D

  2. MCFergy says:

“Double-Standard?” You could put it that way. No doubt, the gay community believes in same-sex unions and Mormons, like many religions, believe a union is between one man and one woman. Yes, in that sense there is a “Double-Standard.” Tolerance, yes, but the issue is property rights… Mormons would not force their way into the home of a gay couple, and force-feed their religion upon the same. It is within reason that Mormons would like their rights honored, on their own property. Tolerance?

    Keep fighting!

  4. jb2willis says:

Why not go on the property like the guys in SLC? Because this country still believes in property rights and they new that they would be arrested. Don’t protest the Church, protest the laws that you don’t like. If you don’t like property rights, that’s cool. Silly Mormons thinking that because they pay for the property that they get to make the rules. If you don’t like the Mormon rules, there is another silly law called freedom of religion. Don’t join!

Very cute way to protest! Good on ya! Keep the faith! I feel bad for Mormons, they are missing out on knowing some wonderful people. ~KEEP KISSIN’!!!

  6. summersonset says:

MCFergy, funny. Mormons forced their way into the home of gays and force-fed their religion upon on them with voting ‘yes’ on prop 8. Dont be a hypocrite now.

  7. MCFergy says:

‘Summersonset,’ this is intriguing; intolerant, bigot, hate-monger, racist and yes, hypocrite all has one definition: ‘You have an opposing view.’ Prop8 passed by a margin of 52.3% to 47.7%; a margin of 599,601 votes: 7,001,084 to 6,401,483. Total Mormon population in CA; 761,763. Say 1/3 are registered voters, that’s 253,921 Mormon’s, that’s 3.6% of the ‘yes’ votes on Prop8, if they all voted.

  8. summersonset says:

Not even hypocrite, its just totally undemocratic, but the whole prop 8 thing was undemocratic to begin with. Shame on you.

  9. summersonset says:

MCFergy, you are very scary people. Truly. In my country we have no mormons, which Im very happy about, thats 1) and a prop8 wouldnt even be possible because it’s unconstitutional, thats 2. And yes, I live in a democracy that GUARANTEES inalienable equal rights under constitution, like the USA. So, we have gay marriage here and equal rights for everyone. You should be VERY ashamed of yourself. And thats an understatement. Puke.

  10. MCFergy says:

Fascinating how your interests and hobbies are reflected in your rhetoric, passion easily overrules objectivity. Perhaps in the Netherlands, democracy differs from the U.S., where a majority vote becomes the law. As for shame; being ignorant is not so much a shame as being unwilling to learn.

You’re right, about Property rights for the most part, however, I’d like to ask this; suppose this happened at a restaurant, or a store. The owner has every right to make the rules, but you can guarantee a lawsuit will come out of it, especially if they can prove that it was fueled by Racism, Discrimination, Intolerance, etc.
The area that the couple was at was open to the public, it was after they kissed when everything began, if they sue, I’ll bet they’ll be able to prove discrimination.

  12. MCFergy says:

Pardon me; I was unaware that the United States Constitution was a facsimile of the Netherlands Constitution. I do stand corrected, please accept my apologies.

  13. summersonset says:

MCFergy, in the Netherlands, as in the USA, the majority vote wins. HOWEVER, NOT on constitutional rights of others, as in equality, discrimination, freedom of religion (and from religion) . They are unalienable rights, which cannot be voted for by the people. In your constitution as well as mine, minorities rights are protected from a majority tyranny. Your country is screwing with its own constitution. In NL you would have no vote on this, and no money could buy you into other people’s lifes.

  14. summersonset says:

MCFergy, thats allright and yes, it is a facsimile of our constitution. We cannot understand here, WHY one group of people’s basic rights are voted for and/or banned. It goes completely against our morals and values. And it pisses me off that there are countries and people supporting such basic discrimination. Noone is taking your rights away, you can still heterosexually marry, when gays can too. Both parties win.

  15. MCFergy says:

‘Aflunky’ you are absolutely right. Racism it was not, intolerance is indefensible and/or not written into law, however, if it was discrimination and is proven to be true in a court of law, penalties must be paid. Reports site, that the young men where advised of the rules and asked to vacate the grounds, they refused and law enforcement was called. Rules stand for ‘ALL.’ It’s up to the two individuals whether they want to take this into litigation or not.

  16. victor2cutube says:

the Mormons are going out the back door so they won’t run into anybody or they are using the underground tunnels lol

  17. tyleraske says:

    Oh gross

  18. Indigos8rboi says:

id b scared 2 kiss in front of the church omg

  19. dexterxyz says:

The person wasn’t saying that. You don’t take your rights to the ballot box. It defeats the whole purpose of having Constitutional, guaranteed rights. The whole purpose of inalienable individual rights, is that one can lose a popularity contest, and still retain rights.

  20. leSavaii says:

SO?…Everybody went home unhurt. So what was the big deal? Well, that’s what it was all about…It was all about media exposures & telling all Americans…don’t you mess with us, we will come after you & your friends!

  21. 1equalityusa says:

    Separation of church and state
Separation of church and state prohibits religious favoritism and cannot promote one religion over another.

In regard to passing judgement in cases where separation of church and state is concerned, tests are set up.

    1) the Lemon test, named after Alton J. Lemon from a Supreme Court case (1971)

    2) O’Connor’s Endorsement test

    3) Kennedy’s Coercion test

If any of these three tests are violated, the law is deemed unconstitutional. The same sex marriage ban would be endorsing one religious view over many others, thus creating exclusionary v. Inclusive types of religious doctrine. Such a ban would coerce individuals to support or conform to a specific religions. This government entanglement is unconstitutional.

  22. Membership in the LDS Church is optional. If you don’t want to obey their rules you don’t have to. In the same way that any other private organization exists. These people are trouble makers. The Church has nothing against them, they simply are protecting private property.

Go to the White House park on their lawn and see what kind of response you get?

This is not about God, it’s about selfish people who can not get over themselves. Move on. Go be “Gay” wherever you want, but don’t try to force your ways on other people. The LDS Church does NOT hate gays. They do have a right to protect their property.
